This Certified Yoga Alliance Yoga Nidra Teacher Training is a deep journey for any person who wants to connect with truth, growth, and connection with the source or/and who wants to teach yoga nidra or use some of its techniques to support their practice.

It is a very complete program where the practice goes along with the theory, where you pass through a transformation process and intense connection with your unconscious mind, so you can feel and understand what you are exposing your students to with the Nidra practice.

The level of knowledge allies spirituality and science, we include in the program the neurological and psychological impacts of each part of the nidra protocol. Also, safety guidelines and collective unconscious imagery will be delivered.
