Yoga Nidra Retreat

This Yoga Retreat is going to be delivered at Wild Oasis, south of Portugal between 2 and 11 September 2023. The program includes morning yoga practices, meals aligned with training, certificate, manuals, evening restorative & nidra and accommodation.
