Yoga Nidra Relax & Restore Retreat (1)

This is a re-programming retreat from your subconscious mind, so you can restart life with a new belief system. It includes all practices, accommodation, and meals.

This is a retreat to rest, unwind, release the old, and build a new structure to move forward. It's a retreat for you to dive into transformation to manifest your dreams in life and bring them to action.

As the retreat evolves into knowledge and experience the practices will go deeper into healing and toward finding the release of tensions and self-reflection. The Morning yoga practice will provide the empowerment of your energy and will be combined with relaxation and meditation.

The workshops will bring up your blockages so we can dissolve them with later nidra and implement new belief systems from your subconscious mind. And the evening Restorative practice will soothe your nervous system and release all tension.
